This is my take; some group of people that claim to be jews but are not, are pursuing their agenda under the protective umbrella of Judaism. The history and the very nature of Judaism (as a nation and a religion) provides a veritable theatre for mischief which has been exploited effectively over the years. In the minds of many the jews are harmless and conscientious, people tend to trust them without giving to much thought.
